Lash Artist, located in Seattle Deposit & payment: • When booking a set, a $25 non-refundable deposit is due. The deposit will then contribute to your total payment afterwards which is exact CASH ONLY please. •Your appointment details and address will be sent via text prior to your appointment date. Arrival: • Please message my instagram to let me know when you've arrived (I'll message you back when to come to the door). • Arrive no earlier than your scheduled appointment time. • Arrive no later than 15 minutes or forfeit your deposit and appointment. Cancellations: • If you are 15 minutes late, this will be considered a no show and you will have to reschedule your appointment. • If you no show, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged with 50% of the service fee. • If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will have to modify it through my booking site or message me if needed at least 24 hours before to your appointment time. If you modify your appointment within this time frame you will NOT be charged a fee. • After the 24 hour mark, this will be considered a no show and you will be charged with 50% of the service fee. I respect your time i kindly ask you respect mine ♡ Things to do beforehand: Stay away low buns/pony’s as they can hurt your neck and affect the way you lay. Dress comfortably! A full set can take around 2+ hours. Let me know about any allergies or any concerns beforehand. Please sign my consent form prior to you appointment. Courtesy and safety: Please come with a clean face/lashes (no makeup or products and especially anything oil based). Refrain from caffeine right before appointment. It will make your eyes jittery, making them more time consuming. Take out any contact lenses prior to your appointment. no extra guests, including children, unless discussed. If you have any signs of fever, cough, sore throat, or other common cold symptoms PLEASE CANCEL!! I highly encourage you to wear a mask in courtesy of my family and I, Thank you! Refunds: After service has started/been completed, I do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your results, message me within 24 hours and we can find a solution from there. If you are allergic to any of the products I use, I will not be able to refund you but will do a removal free of charge.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
No shows are charged 50% of the service fee. No shows include being 15 minutes late or rescheduling/cancelling within 24 hours before your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to set up another appointment. To avoid this fee, cancellations and rescheduling must be made before the 24 hour mark of your appointment.
